About Me
Hello Polished Babes! Allow me to introduce myself. I'm Roxanne (but of course, everyone calls me Roxie). What can I say about myself? Hmm... Just an average Texas girl obsessed with mainly nail polish and the occasional makeup product, lol. Is that average? Who knows?
I've been obsessed with nail polish ever since my mom bought me a Tinkerbell nail polish set from Beall's when I was 3 years old. (If you don't remember those or have no idea what I'm talking about - then you can probably guess my age) My obsession only deepened when my Aunt Carmen bought me my first ever Sally Hansen French Manicure Set when I was 12. As teenage years crept in, well, there came the love of makeup and a shopaholic was born. The rest is history.
When I'm not gazing at my nail polish collection, polishing on a fresh manicure, or buying new makeup, you can find me spending time with my husband, our cat Katniss or chatting it up with my Mom.
I love that I'm able to bring everything beauty related to Roxie's Polished Life. But also, the ability for every single one of you to see the true beauty of yourselves, inside and out. Because true beauty starts from the inside: the beauty of your heart, soul, passions and personalities. That's the real meaning behind Polished Life. Whatever brings you true happiness, that's how you live your very best version of a Polished Life.
